Login Not Go As Planned?
To change your login number
Send us a message through the app or the chat button on the website with your current login number and what you need to change it to. For security purposes, we may ask for a copy of your photo ID to verify that you're the account holder.
To change your password
Log out of the app. When you log back in, select "sign in with password" then follow the prompts for "forgot password."
