How do I switch Personal Shoppers?
If you connect with a Personal Shopper who is unable to take your order, or is unresponsive, you can switch to another shopper. To do so, head over to dumpling.us/shop and search by zip code. Click on the business profile you wish to connect with and press the "Download the app to shop" button. This will automatically update your Dumpling app, connecting you to the new Personal Shopper.
