Why haven't I received an order confirmation? 

Each personal shopper is a small business owner running their business on the Dumpling platform, therefore they are in charge of customer communication. If you placed an order and did not receive confirmation, it may be because the business owner is currently shopping. Please give them some time to respond. 

If you would like to reach out to your personal shopper, you can do so via the message or call button on the homepage of the dumpling app.
